Integrating Spirit - SEPT 2024

More transpersonal planetary energy will be going retrograde. Uranus ( the planet of sudden change) will begin its annual retrograde motion on 9/2, slowing down some of the jagged, unexpected energy factors we have seen of late. Still in the sign of Taurus, changes are occurring where our values have been placed, especially around money as Taurus rules how we earn and spend money. This has been the theme for almost 7 years and we have seen some adjustments. Interesting to note that increases in minimum wage hikes have actually occurred and there is continued push for fair wages and fierce demands by unions to get better pay/benefit packages. A demand for equality is the driving force.

Since retrogrades are about internal integration, changes are still underway and will continue through the end of this year until Uranus goes direct next year. Uranus’ tie to technology will keep the discussions about electronic currency on the table and how these transactions can be better implemented. The real issue is the banking system will need to change and release control which is not an easy transition for any Taurus based institution.

The final retrograde journey of Pluto in Capricorn begins 9/2 as well, marking the final transformation of plutocrats, oligarchs and others that abuse power and wealth. Old dynamics must dissolve before replacements can be created. At the anaretic degree of 29, the final turning point of an 18 year cycle has come, and interestingly will be active during the US election. The anaretic degree carries a sense of urgency and intensity, because it is essentially the last gasp of a sign before it moves on , in this case to Aquarius in mid-November.

While transformation can seem scary and provokes thought of the unknown, I just remembered a book I read YEARS ago, called “ Hope for the Flowers” by Trina Paulus. Written in 1973, it recently celebrated its 50th year in publication. This story was a tale of transformation at an individual level and very relevant in 2024. This book is for anyone that needs to be reminded by the gift of change, growth and possibilities.

DEEP DIVE MOMENT

Passionate discussions about religion and politics , the very taboo we have been told not to bring up as it draws out our most deeply felt beliefs and observations of the world as well as limited thinking of what the future can become. While Jupiter is in the sign of thinking. logical Gemini, it is most appropriate to hone our beliefs in process with others. The thinking brain can only take us so far….a greater intuition can guide us to places of great genius. Ask any artist or musician. At some point our consciousness needs to transmute as well to transform our view of what and who we are. On a physical level , our bodies are a brilliant connection of fast vibrating particles …electrons, protons, quantum particles. At a spiritual level our souls have also been tempered by past experiences giving some percentage of the population a greater sensitivity to our connection to those around us, to nature ,to animals and the invisible world.

Therefore as our consciousness grows in awareness, we begin to relate to the world in different ways, what some may say “ a place of enlightenment “.

Back to problem-solving , as Einstein so wisely observed, we can not solve today’s problems with the same mind set that created them. The frequencies and our connection to planet Earth are rapidly speeding up , transmuting our minds and bodies to a lighter energy capable of quicker manifestation of thought and change. These frequencies are measured by the Schumann resonance or the Earths’ heartbeat. The graph below shows an example on how the electromagnetic energies vary by day and have been spiking throughout 2024 and are affecting EVERYONE! Lower energies will simply not be able to survive.

The overall point is as our frequencies increase so does our consciousness, which in turn will shift mankind to a greater heart & spiritual connection. We are all connected regardless of race, religion, sexuality and abilities.

25 degree Pisces Full Moon/partial lunar eclipse/ Sept 17

Full Moons represent culmination points and of course they occur every month. This is the Harvest Moon as it is close to the Fall Equinox also a significant point of energy - the shift of the Sun into the cardinal/action sign of Libra. This is highlighted for several reasons:

• The Full Moon is lined up in a Grand aspect called the Kite pattern for the shape noted in the chart below.

• The Moon is conjunct Neptune in Pisces at 28 degrees at the top of the kite, signifying emotional and spiritual change.

• The bottom part of a Kite pattern is a Grand trine in Earth signs, in this case, Uranus in Taurus, Sun in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn (in the critical degree). 3 powerful planets!

• The entire configuration is a balanced blend of water and earth signs giving it an ability to ground a new vision or creative intention.

Geometric patterns are significant and a large part of astrological interpretations. Kites are designed to FLY, so the energy portends an excellent time to release fears, anxieties and embrace trust in something higher than yourself to move forward and ground something new. The Equinox beginning gives the drive to begin anew!

Now for a shift to the US election. Kamala chose Tim Walz, Governor of MN as her VP and they are actively hitting the campaign trail. Despite lots of speculation, Tim was the sleeper candidate. I was surprised as anyone, but these type of decisions will continue to appear as feminine leadership will now step on stage. Despite traditional decision making paths to VP nominees, she chose someone with her gut feelings. This relationship will need to be a tight partnership as I suspect she will utilize his role more effectively than she was used as VP. Kamala is all action and quite frankly in many ways so is Tim.

His birth chart is noted below, but it must be noted that his birth time has not been confirmed. I am using the Virgo rising model as it may be a fit, but will speak to his planet placements only and his compatibility with Kamala. Tim is a very fiery individual, with 3 planets in Aries, giving him natural leadership ability. He also has a Kite pattern in his chart, like Kamala, with the North Node at the top. In his case, his North node is in Cancer, an emotional feminine water sign. His speech and mental processes are in the grounded sign of Taurus, giving that earthly, down home connection that is a counter balance to the assertiveness he can bring as needed. I am not surprised at his long list of accomplishments in his 60 years. Since he and Kamala are also the same age, they share a generational aspect of bringing change to power, but Tim adds a Saturn opposition to the mix in Pisces. He is truly compassionate and understands the importance of service.

His connection to her is remarkable in many ways. His Jupiter in Aries is exact on her Moon giving her an optimistic, emotional feeling as well as a resonance with his core beliefs. Jupiter also connects with her Sun, Mars and North Node. Their relationship seems destined with these North Node ( karmic life path) energies to impact the world stage. As mentioned in the previous muse, the overall feeling was frustration over the lack of leadership in this country. No wonder the community has gathered around the positive messaging by these warriors that are at the right place, at the right time!
